Terms of Service

Scope

AUREN provides digital consulting services: website design and builds, ongoing site care, and digital presence consulting. Each engagement is defined by a written proposal stating its scope, price, and timeline. The signed agreement for an engagement is the definitive document; these terms summarize how every engagement runs.

Payment

Work is invoiced. Payment terms are agreed with each client per engagement — typically a deposit to begin and the balance at handover. If an engagement ends early, completed work remains paid for and fees for work not performed are refunded.

Ownership

Clients own their deliverables in full on final payment. Domains, files, and accounts are registered in the client's name from the start of the engagement, and all credentials are handed over promptly if the relationship ends.

Revisions and changes

Included revision rounds are stated in each proposal. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted in advance and proceeds only on the client's written approval.

Content and warranties

Clients warrant that they hold the rights to the text, photography, and marks they supply. AUREN publishes only factual claims the client confirms — we do not fabricate reviews, credentials, or endorsements.

No performance guarantees

We build correct, fast, well-founded websites. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or revenue, and no statement on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

Liability

AUREN's aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending an engagement

Either side may end an engagement in writing at any time. Payment follows the terms above; deliverables and credentials follow ownership.
